We have a fast and effective dispatch service. But we also take pride in our products and each item is hand-pressed to order.
All orders will be produced in order of receipt of payment.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery, orders will be shipped sooner as and when possible.
WEEKENDS: We do not dispatch orders over the weekend, any order placed after midday on
Friday will be processed on Monday.
Orders That Require Personalisation
If you are ordering item(s) that require personalisation please allow two extra days for
dispatch e.g an order placed after 4pm on Monday will be dispatched Thursday.
All personalised items are made to order onsite.
Please Note: If you have ordered non-personalised items with your personalised goods
they will all be sent out together.

What is included in the Postage Charge?
The postage charge is in line with the charge made to us by our couriers for the relevant service. V.A.T is charged on our delivery options where applicable.
Order Dispatch Confirmations
When you place an order you will be sent an e-mail stating we have received your order. You will then be sent an e-mail to confirm we have dispatched your goods.
Addressing Your Package
We use labels and a basic font to address your package to ensure that the courier can clearly read the address. The address is taken from the delivery address field you fill out in the order form. As such it is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. We will not be liable for any package you do not
receive because you have typed in the wrong address or postcode or not ensured that there is a
responsible adult available to sign for your package at the delivery address on the days arranged.
